Beginning in May 2026, the City of Torrance apparently plans to use the ADS-B data collected by the Casper Noise Monitoring System to prosecute "violators" of the "prohibited" operations. In response to a California Public Record Act request, the City released a list of some of the 1,901 "potential" vioilators during the 4th quarter of 2025.
